Billy Stinchcomb, 38, 500 block Rockwell St., was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence, child endangering and driving under suspension.

Someone called Perkins police at about 4:30 p.m. to report Stinchcomb was driving intoxicated while under suspension, according to a police report.

Officers caught up with Stinchcomb at Milan and Strub roads, who procured courtordered driving privileges he received earlier that day.

Stinchcomb ultimately failed sobriety tests, voiding out his privileges, the report said.

His 10-year-old daughter, who was in a back passenger seat at the time, was released to a friend and Stinchcomb was taken to the Erie County jail.
