Perkins school board members have moved their regularly scheduled monthly meeting to 7 p.m. Wednesday, according to a news release. The meeting was initially scheduled for 6 p.m.

From 5-7 p.m., board members will discuss personnel assignments during a closed-door meeting. Their regular meeting will follow in Perkins High School room 805.

Wednesday’s board meeting is the first since voters rejected the district’s tax levy Nov. 5 — the district’s third failed attempt to secure new funding this year.

So lets say Gunner leaves, the board moves back the money and come to that table with a much more reasonable levy? Are we still going to have to put up with you posting Vote No 1000 time on each article?

It's not that I am a yes vote but you never come up with any solutions to the problem, or any kind of educated statement. Its just Vote No Vote No Vote No. It's getting old.

If parents want pay to participate to be reduced they need to go to this meeting. We have to reevaluate everything that we are doing in this community. Board needs to recognize that we are losing yes voters and it is only getting worse. Needs to stop now because we can't continue hurting the kids as well as the WHOLE community!

@ sandtown The board needs to act in a more mature way they don't need everything they need to act like adults they're the ones that are holding back the children.
