What's going on over there at that shelter? Where did Denny the president/ head humane officer go? Didn't the other humane officer get a DUI and can't drive?

Hopefully he went to some sort of training to comprehend what should and should not get sent to the prosecuting attorney! Only in Ottawa county is it ok for a 13 yr old boy to run through the town after dark with a pistol crossbow and shoot cats. One of the cats survived and was almost 2000$ to surgically remove the arrow that had pierced his 2 front legs and chest! NOTHING HAPPENED TO THE KID OR THE ADULT WHO LET THE KID RUN AROUND WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON!
