The Cuyahoga County coroner said Friday that Theodore Wright, 58, suffered a gunshot wound to his left arm that caused internal injuries.

Police said Wright, of North Royalton, died after his truck crashed into a utility pole on Cleveland’s east side early Thursday.

He was driving west when he lost control of his 2006 Chevrolet Silverado. Police said the truck overturned, and he died at the scene.
