Update 2:50 p.m.  — Proceeding have finished for the day.

Update 2:46 p.m.  — Proceedings are ongoing. The Attorney Generals office would not discuss whether Donahue was wrapping up his case today or if grand jury members would begin deliberations today.

Update 1:24 p.m. — Grand jury members are returning and proceeding should begin with Donahue and other agents continuing to present their case.

Update 12:40 p.m. — Grand jury members are apparently taking a break for lunch. There have yet to be witnesses called into the courtroom.

Update 11: 26 a.m. — Grand jury members are still cloistered in a Sandusky County Common Pleas courtroom. No witnesses have been brought in so they apparently continue to hear from Donahue and BCI agents in the room.

Update 9 a.m. — Grand jury members and Attorney General Mike DeWine's lead prosecutor Matt Donahue have arrived at the Sandusky County Courthouse. The doors have closed indicating proceedings have begun but no witnesses are in the hallway yet.
