Igmidio “Roger” Mista, 33, of 515 Rawson Ave. in Fremont, was indicted on three counts of murder, with firearm specifications, as well as felonious assault, attempted murder, and use of a firearm in a liquor establishment, Sandusky County assistant prosecutor Lorrain Croy said.

Mista remains in the Sandusky County jail on $5 million bond. He was arrested about one day after the March 9 shooting at the Last Call Bar, where three people were shot dead and one was wounded.

Mista is a Filipino national who at one time had been in the U.S. legally, but is no longer here legally. Customs and immigration representatives are already reviewing his case.

The three people killed in the bar shooting were Jose Andy Chavez, 26, an Elmore police officer; Ramiro Sanchez, 28; and Daniel Ramirez, 25. Ramiro Arreola, 25, suffered a gunshot wound but survived.

4-wheeler al

sent him back in a body bag.

Hey no worries there, if he's in Sandusky county jail, he'll probably die of something or another before he makes it to court........

smug mug, murdering thug.

with that kool aid smile he will be real popular in prison..

Just wandering if they are consedering the death penalty .I mean you know you are guilty of first degree murder if you are carrying a fire arm in a bar and you open fire in a bar where three people get killed at your hand Not to mention one of them being a an off duty police officer. If the death is not offered to the jury , then something s really wrong with Sandusky County .

No death penalty. One of the other articles showed the qualifications for it. Out of all the charges, none of them meet the criteria.
