"Based upon the operation of RC 3319.01 and 3319.16, the requested document did not yet constitute records for purposes of RC 149.011 (G) and RC 149-43," a statement from the school district prepared by Lisa Pizza, an attorney with the law firm Spangler & Nathanson, explains.
Pizza refused to offer a further explanation, or one that makes sense.
She said the Sandusky Register is not her client; Huron Schools is her client.
She declined further comment.
The referee was expected to recommend a course of action for the school district regarding Fox's termination.

Lawyers..
For once I agree with you !
Well 1969..
Guess we all wait until tomorrow to hear what happened.
Read all 4 revised codes (yawn) and don't see how any of them relate to releasing the report
Sold -- you have been involved much more than I have. After hearing Lisa's comments, can you speculate on results? Puzzling. Shouldn't this be public just as any other court decision? Let's also check other news outlets - Journal, etc. I would think the above comment from Lisa bodes well for Fred. Your thoughts please.
Well..
I'll say this: The report should be a public document. I think that the Huron BOE is circling their wagons after a shellacking. I don't know if that's the way you spell shellacking, but anyone willing to bet on the outcome should hit me up.
Me thinks someone has a case of multiple blogger peronality disorder :)
Haahaha... Spinner -
HHguy is not me and I am not him/her.
But.. We do seem to send the same message.
I am going to check the Journal.
Me thinks you are right!
Nothing gets the ambulance chasers at the Register more upset then when you don't give them information. The next article will be Westerhold or one of his slackeys whining about their right to get their slimy fingers on this report. Relax... take a deep breath Register, you will get to read the report when it's made available to you.
Amen. What is wrong with them.
hahahaha..
Easterhold.. that's funny !
I really hope the named partner in that law firm is Egon.
Hold tight...Sold is reading the report and will give us the info shortly.
hahaha..
Nice !

If the guy didn't do anything wrong, what is the big secret about not releasing the report.
