A benefit concert and memorial for James “Jamie” Dickman is scheduled for later this month. Dickman, a former Perkins firefighter, died fighting a blaze in Toledo as a firefighter in that city. DJ Jimbo Rocko, Dickman’s longtime friend, will open for Remembering Venice, a band Dickman played with.

Video of Dickman singing with the band at previous concerts will be played during the performance, Rocko said. Money will also be raised through raffles and the sale of memorial T-shirts, and a new mountain bike will be raffled off.

The tshirts being sold have a great design and are going to a great cause.

If one cannot make it to the event, where can t-shirts be purchased? Can they be purchased online?

Hey TheScientist,

Yes the shirts will be available online to purchase. I plan on launching the shirt ordering campaign later this week. I'll post a link on my Facebook account if you want to follow me for when it becomes available. www.facebook.com/jimborocko
