A man fell asleep in a stranger's house on Put-in-Bay last Friday night.

The owner of a home on the 1400 block of Airline Drive told police a man walked into his house and attempted to fall asleep.

The intruder would not the leave the home, so the owner called police, according to a police report.

The homeowner said he did not want to press charges, he just wanted the man to leave his property.

The man appeared intoxicated, the police report said.

In an unrelated but similar incident, Put-in-Bay police responded hours later to another alleged intruder.

A business owner said a window of his business had been shattered, the police report said.

Police searched the building to find Jordan Lutz, 23, of the 3700 block Drummond Road in Toledo asleep on the ground.

Lutz was arrested for criminal trespassing.
