Duncan Oglesby, 28, 700 block Perry St., was charged with disorderly conduct intoxicated, disorderly conduct in the presence of hospital staff and resisting arrest.

Oglesby stopped a Sandusky police officer around 2 a.m. Sunday near Daly’s Pub, and claimed a woman just assaulted him, according to a police report.

The woman admitted she slapped him, but only after he grabbed her butt, the report said.

Oglesby kept yelling profanities as officers gathered more information, and later kicked and banged his head on the officer’s cruiser, the report said.

Once at the Erie County jail, Oglesby complained of head pain and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

He allegedly called nurses names, became dead-weight when officers were escorting him and flopped around on his cot.

Because Oglesby later needed a CT-scan, he was turned over to a sober relative, the report said.

hey ladies! here's one for ya!

Don't want to go to jail? Flop around on your cot so you need a ct scan. Lol!

I would have done more than slap him; I would have handed him his prunes. Provided I could find them.
