Not a her. I'm telling you, you have me confused with someone else.

Kobayashi Maru

It would be nice to see that union take a pay cut. They seem to be doing well, given all the new houses they live in and all those nice foreign cars in the lots. Why don't they give back 5 or 10 percent to help close the budget gap?

Sean Cassidy Sa...

How about a pay freeze? Wait, they did that.

Kobayashi Maru

A pay freeze doesn't stop steps, or brackets, or whatever they are called.

The New World Czar

Who do you think had their fingers in the levy committed the most? It was the PEA. Not necessarily "for the kids" here.

Laughing

What you don't get is that Gunner will wake up tomorrow still making his 100k+ and having great benefits. He will eventually leave and continue having a pretty nice career compared to most making the same or more elsewhere. This community is and will be the only loser in all of this. Say all you want, but that's the facts.

spamalot

AGREED!!

fifteenthgreen

Agree, but until he leaves this community we will never begin to heal! Why can't you understand this?

Good 2 B Me

That is the truth. Until Gunner is gone, this continues.

Bherrle

A community that allows itself to be divided by one man is a community much to easily divided.

fifteenthgreen

It's starting to get to the point where it is not divided, Brad. More and more are leaning one way. You have to recognize this and make adjustments...even if you don't like them. You have almost 1,200 people to swing in your favor to tip the scale. Nearly 3,000 people are against the current direction of the district. We need to change that direction or the votes will never swing. I'm all for figuring out what that message is and presenting it to the public quickly. Ask them!

Lin Williams

AGREED!

KnuckleDragger

As will the overpaid athletic director. I'll tell you what, I will volunteer to do that job part time for my old alma mater for FREE and then they can get rid of the pay to play fees

The New World Czar

Does Perkins have a "three strikes and you're out" policy?

fifteenthgreen

Huber Heights reduces excessive pay to play fees! Speak out. I'm going to!

Sean Cassidy Sa...

When you speak out make sure you put your name on it. Sean Cassidy

fifteenthgreen

Last I checked when I cast my vote I didn't have someone looking over my shoulder!

Sean Cassidy Sa...

Class on and off the field?

spamalot

This is confusing me... what are you talking about? FOCUS!

fifteenthgreen

Agree. Mad at VoteNO and Bob?

Sean Cassidy Sa...

If a community demands accountability the community should be accountable themselves. In is this forum there isn't. Especially when you fire a personal shot my way, no matter how good it was. Put your name on it. In all seriousness you have to admit that bit about the vote yes sign caused a fatal accident was disgusting.

fifteenthgreen

You have a right to be angry but direct it at those that are leading our district into the toilet! I'm tired of it! You should be, as well! It is going to take some drastic changes to bring this community together!

Not sure what you're referencing on the last sentence? Who made that comment regarding the accident?

Bherrle

VoteNo and Bobby Shumway.

powerhouser

VoteNo and Bob Shumway are faceless cowards hiding their toughness behind a computer. That was MY sign on bogart, it had NOTHING to do with accident. But those two cowards still to this day wont identify themselves besides cowardly screen names. Still waiting . J Balduff. And the story about a kid "darting " out from behind a sign on strub, TOTAL lie. All the yards by that sign have 6-foot fenced yards. no kid just randomly jumped the fence and hid behind a sign that had two feet clearance off the ground. A kid didn't hide behind the ONE 2x4 leg holding it up. computer cowards, bob and voteno

fifteenthgreen

spamalot - Huber Heights, Buckeye and Mentor schools reduced excessive fees by half. I'll find more.

Strongsville considers reducing fees! http://strongsville.patch.com/gr...

Sean Cassidy Sa...

15th knows what I am talking about.

fifteenthgreen

??? You started it, SC! Cracking on my Charlie Brown!!! Stay focused.

spamalot

Not really sure if it's personal or pertains to the issue at hand...guessing personal but are irrelevant for this conversation. Keep the links coming, thanks again!!

Sean Cassidy Sa...

Thanks for letting me be part of the conversation. Just read my post above, that goes for 15th as well. Good night all.
