Lora Garcia, 44, was involved in a fight with Jessica Blue, 26, of Willard, at the American Legion on Ohio 99, Huron County Chief Deputy Ted Patrick said. Blue was bleeding from the head when officers arrived, and Garcia had already left.

Deputies charged Blue with disorderly conduct while intoxicated, and a felonious assault warrant was issued for Garcia’s arrest. Garcia turned herself over to jail officials about a week later and posted bond.

When a grand jury heard the case last month, they indicted her on a misdemeanor assault charge.

The case was sent back to Norwalk Municipal Court, and Garcia posted a second bond at the jail Monday, according to court records.

Blue was found guilty of the disorderly conduct charge in November and was fined $100.
