A woman awoke at about 11 a.m. Sunday to find her phone, Xbox 360, stereo system, portable DVD player and $20 cash missing, according to a Sandusky police report.
The woman told police all of the items were there when she went to bed at about 3 a.m., and only she and her small children were supposed to have been in the home. The Xbox was even stolen from the room where she slept, the report said.
The woman said she found a Toshiba laptop inside her house, and the laptop did not belong to her. Officers tried to contact a possible owner but were unable to reach him.
The case remains under investigation, the report said.
