Terry Goodman, 25, 900 block W. Washington St., was charged with assault and felony domestic violence.

Goodman borrowed his 45-year-old girlfriend’s phone Wednesday night when he went out, and when the woman reclaimed her phone the next day, she began receiving calls and texts from other women, the report said. The women told Goodman’s girlfriend they would call police if Goodman ever contacted them again, the report said.

The girlfriend told police Goodman sent the women sexually graphic messages, the report said. When she refused to give Goodman the phone later in the day, he allegedly put his hands around her throat and tried to choke her.

For his part, Goodman denied having a role in any physical altercation. His charge was upgraded to a felony because he had two previous domestic violence incidents in June, the report said.

He remains in the Erie County jail on $13,000 bond.

Can we say DUH? Really, 45 year old girlfriend and 25 year old BOY? Do you really think he loves you? I'd say CASH COW....PLACE TO STAY...USER.....Find someone your own age and not all that rage. I THINK BOTH PARTIES NEED COUNSELING! Him for mental anger issues and her for self esteem issues. No woman should be a doormat, well no man either! People find someone that loves and respects you....why make the paper and look like a fool?
