Brian Sanders, 30, 500 block 52nd St., was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor aggravated menacing, domestic violence and voluntary intoxication.

Sanders allegedly went to the woman’s West Adams Street home at about 4 a.m. Monday, after he made numerous harassing calls to her phone. Sanders then began pounding on her door, splintering and damaging two frames in the process, according to a Sandusky police report.

Sanders also told the woman he was going to beat her up and break her face, the report said. Just after Sanders’ relative pulled him from the house and began to drive away, Sandusky officers arrived at the scene.

They stopped the car and ordered its occupants out at gunpoint because a previous traffic stop alerted them to a gun inside the vehicle, the report said. Officers ordered Sanders’ hands up, but he repeatedly fumbled them in his lap and disregarded officers’ commands, the report said. Sanders remains in the Erie County jail without bond.

What fine, upstanding citizens these two must be. Remember Brian, nothing good happens at 4 am!

The woman didn't do anything but call the police, as she should have.

I think A Young Adult is referring to Sanders and his relative. Not the woman he was threatening.
