• Joseph Lopez, 19, Lorain, possession of oxycodone. q Steven Spangenberg, 20, Wellington, possession of methylecathinone. 

• Elizabeth Harris, 40, first block Benedict Ave., Norwalk, passing bad checks.

• Holly Daniel, 22, 2100 block Dogtown Road, Monroeville, possession of heroin.

• Steven Patrick, possession of heroin. q Elizabeth Long, 21, first block Minard Place, Norwalk, two counts trafficking in heroin.

• Dylan Mundy, 23, 5100 block U.S. 250, Norwalk, two counts trafficking in heroin with vehicle specifications.

• Joseph Blackburn, 27, 100 block Dale St., Willard, burglary.

• Rebecca Hale, 24, 400 block W. High St., Willard, burglary.

• David Burrows, 22, first block State St., Norwalk, trafficking in heroin. 

• Deon Parker, 21, first block Oak St., Norwalk, possession of oxycodone.

• Jedidiah Wimer, 21, 300 block W. Adams St., Norwalk, three counts trafficking in heroin.

• Jennifer Reynolds, 35, 100 block E. Main St., Norwalk, trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin.

• Jacob Wimer, 23, 400 block W. Osborne St., complicity to trafficking in heroin.

• James Simko II, 23, 5800 block U.S. 20, Wakeman, burglary, forgery and theft of checks.

• Cory Mathias, 25, 800 block S. Myrtle Ave., Willard, possession of cocaine.
