Daniel Bogoni, 36, first block Surf Drive, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, two counts felony drug possession, operating a vehicle under the influence, drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and one headlight.

Officers pulled Bogoni’s vehicle over at Cleveland and Rye Beach roads shortly after 10 p.m., according to a Huron police report.

He allegedly had problems placing his vehicle in gear, and he appeared lethargic, the report said, adding that his eyes were also droopy.

A search of Bogoni and his car yielded a marijuana grinder, two generic Ritalin pills, a generic Xanax pill and one suboxone packet, the report said. Bogoni provided a blood sample at Fireland Regional Medical Center, which will be tested for controlled substances.
