Tarah Guy, 23, 600 block Cleveland Road W., was charged with domestic violence and assault.
Guy and her boyfriend had returned home from a night out when Guy, highly intoxicated, began to argue with the man, according to the report.
Guy’s boyfriend didn’t drink because he had to work the next day, but when he tried to go to bed, Guy followed him up to his room and yanked off the sheets, the report said.
Guy told her boyfriend he couldn’t stay in the room, so the man obliged and settled into another bedroom. Guy wasn’t satisfied — she allegedly swung open the door and threw a chair at him, narrowly missing his head, according to the report.
Guy then hopped on the bed and allegedly began punching and scratching the man.
When officers arrived, Guy’s daughter told them her mother’s boyfriend choked Guy. The girl then added, “That’s what Mommy told me to say,” the report said.
Officers took Guy to the Erie County jail, where she remained Monday on $3,000 bond.
