An enraged Sandusky man threw hot coffee and two bricks at his nephew Monday night on Tremper Avenue during an argument over a broken grill, a police report said.

Robert Jackson Jr., 57, was charged with domestic violence. The nephew escaped serious injury.

The nephew picked up Robert in Toledo after Robert wrecked his car, the report said, and an argument soon began. The two eventually started arguing about a broken grill handle, the report said.

When the yelling spilled onto the porch, Robert allegedly snatched up a cup of coffee and dumped it on his nephew, the report said. Robert then picked up a brick and chucked it at his nephew, striking him in the head, the report said.

Robert then threw another brick that hit the nephew in the leg. Police issued Robert a copy of his charge and leg him go, under the condition he not go back to the nephew's home.

"Leg me go......leg me go!!!!" Lol
