The appearance by 18-year-old shooting suspect T.J. Lane comes one day before the one-year anniversary of the deadly shootings at Chardon High School, east of Cleveland.
Lane's attorney Ian Friedman said on Feb. 15 that negotiations were under way for a possible plea deal, and if a plea occurs it could happen as early as Tuesday's hearing in a Geauga County courtroom. The Associated Press is reporting the teenager charged with killing 3 students in Ohio school shooting will plead guilty this morning.
Lane is charged with fatally shooting the three students and injuring others.
A judge has ordered psychiatric testing for Lane and attorneys for both sides want the testing to determine if he is competent to stand trial.

only marty Feldman would aim two guns that way..
Hang him high!
will pleading guilty get him off the death penalty or was that not an option?

i dont think that was an option due to his age at time of offense.
