Joshua Herrin, 25, is charged with aggravated menacing and felonious assault.
Herrin initially refused to talk to police.
Detectives said witness statements led them to AVI Food Systems on Tuesday. Witnesses said the assailant drove away in a company box truck after the assault.

I'm glad they caught the the alledged punk. If convicted he will go to jail for a while but with the system so overloaded the offenders will probably serve only a fraction of what they should. mental health issues really need to be re-evaluated in our country. The prime reason why this liberal system we're living in presenlty doesn't work

For the posters that keep wanting to put them away for life and throw away the keys, who is going to pay for all this? You are, then you will be posting/complaining how much it costs to keep them all incarcerated, why your taxes are so high, and whatever else they tax to just throw away the keys.
