The actual shooter, meanwhile, remains at large.
Laura Purcell, 23, was charged with obstructing official business, complicity to aggravated robbery and possession of drugs.
"We've already had her in here once," Sandusky police Detective Gary Wichman said. "Let's say she didn't tell us the whole truth."
Since the initial interviews, several "very reliable" confidential informants have told police that Purcell was in a car at the shooting scene that night on West Perkins Avenue.
Police are now hoping to get her to talk. Purcell remains in the jail on $31,200 bond.

Hate to say it, but none of the remarks above have anything to do with the story. So far, it's been good police work. The icing on the cake would be to capture the shooter.

How brutal and mean can one group be?
I agree! Thankfully the police have done an excellent job investigating this brutal shooting in a drug deal gone wrong. Lock 'em all up I say.
Just think of it as the modern-day version of being put into the stocks. Instead of throwing rotten vegetables, we throw insults.
Now that I think of it, that's not an entirely bad idea...Certainly the threat of jail time doesn't do much to prevent some of these people from doing what they do. Maybe a little public humiliation will deflate their over-large egos! (And let's be honest about things here: Only somebody with an ego big enough to think they're better or more deserving than others commits criminal acts!)
