Huron County indictments released

A Huron County grand jury handed down several indictments Friday. An indictment is a formal charge and does not denote guilty or innocence.

Those indicted:

• Robert Davis, 25, first block Jefferson St., Norwalk, receiving stolen property.
• Eugene Stallard, 32, 2100 block U.S. 20 East, Monroeville, aggravated robbery.
• Mollie Warner, 20, first block Woodlawn Drive, Norwalk, identity theft.
• Jaquelyn Faulkner, 23, 500 block Quail Creek Drive, Willard, trafficking in marijuana with vehicle specification.
• Erica Trushel, 42, first block Westwood Drive, New London, complicity to burglary.
• Kevin Loyer, 36, 300 block E. Warren St., Norwalk, possession of heroin and burglary.
• Devin Espinoza, 26, first block E. Harkness St., Norwalk, possession of heroin, tampering with evidence.
• Zachary Mesenburg, 29, Huron County jail, two counts trafficking in Suboxone.
• Roy Stewart III, 32, Huron County jail, two counts trafficking in heroin.
• Robert Stewart, 23 first blok E. Harkness Drive, permitting drug abuse.
• Cory Smith, 24, 40 block Corwin St., Norwalk, three counts burglary, three counts theft, theft of a firearm, safecracking.

However, you can be sure that if the charges are bogus, the Register will do nothing to publish that any individual was exonerated by our "fast and efficient" ju$tice system.
