Tony Brown, 30, and Takoma Johnson, 33, both of Sandusky, weren't immediately charged although Erie County chief deputy Jared Oliver said the case would go before an Erie County Grand Jury this week.
Meanwhile Tommy Reogas, 34, was taken to Firelands Regional Medical Center where staff stitched up a gash on the right side of his face. Deputies never found a weapon but they suspect one of the men used a the metal part of a pencil eraser to slice Reogas' face.
Pencils are allowed in the jail, Oliver said.
All three men were being held at the Erie County jail late Monday — Johnson on $125,240 bond, Brown on $39,334 bond and Reogas on $546,700 bond.

Why did they beat up on Reogas when they have the worst offender of them all sitting right there: a baby killer?

Oh, really? It's a freakin' jailhouse. Anything could have been said or misconstrued. They have nothing better to do than argue and fight. Who knows what started it because they don't have the right to speak freely to the press anymore without a lawyer saying it for them. I'm all for them taking upon themselves, but when they do, we are not there and have no say.
what color is that brown. I know many people of that color that isnt a coward and hide behind a computer screen including myself that would love to fight ant of the cowards on here that love to use race for everything.

I can't believe some of you are arguing about this. This stuff happens in jail guys. It has nothing to do with race. I do think the race war comment was way off but that's just one's opinion. Why would anyone want to start a race war because of a couple of guys fighting in jail?

If you live with someone long enough, they tend to get on your nerves sometimes. At home you can walk out the door until you want to and come back cool, calm and collected.
It's jail. You can't do that. You can go to your cell but there is no guarantee that the agressor will leave you alone.
