Cameron Parris, 27, of Aurora, and Sara Partlo, 26, of Rocky River, are charged with tampering with evidence, obstruction and other crimes related to the Sept. 5, 2011 death of 25-year-old Phil Masterson.
The charges come five months after Masterson's killer, Zachary Brody, 28, of Bowling Green was sentenced to 16 years in prison after accepting a plea bargain.
Originally charged with murder, Brody was allowed to plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter and two counts of tampering with evidence for killing Masterson.
