Updated: Jailhouse death jury returns

UPDATE 2:32 p.m. — Donahue and a court IT worker wheeled a large-screen television into the courtroom. It does not appear as if any other witnesses are currently waiting to be called. 

UPDATE 2:25 p.m. — Oddo left the courtroom. He said he told jurors about photos he took of Burdine's body. Oddo was present for the autopsy.

UPDATE 2 p.m.—  Ohio Attorney General prosecutor Matt Donahue has arrived. Fremont police detective Roger Oddo, who accompanied Craig Burdine's body to the Lucas County Coroner's office, entered the courtroom. 

The grand jury reviewing information from Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine's investigation into the 2007 jailhouse death of Craig Burdine is expected to return this afternoon.

DeWine also is scheduled to be in Sandusky today, but a spokesman told the Register there was no plan for him to attend the hearing this afternoon in a courtroom at the Sandusky County courthouse.
