With a third grand jury hearing underway at the Sandusky County courthouse, a poster at the Justice for Jake Facebook page likened the Ohio Attorney General to former National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger.
"It's not a matter of what is true that counts but what is perceived as true," the billboard-style graphic posted Thursday at the Facebook page states.
The quote is from Henry Kissenger, who was national security advisor under President Richard Nixon.
The caption under a photo of DeWine with it states: "What's going on in Sandusky County?"
DeWine started to present information about the August 2007 jailhouse death of Craig Burdine to a grand jury in Sandusky County on May 6. A third day of hearings started Thursday.

Burdine family members have questioned DeWine's intent and have expressed doubt he will seek criminal indictments. They fear he will limit the evidence the grand jury hears in order to avoid criminal indictments and affirm the official story local officials told about the circumstances surrounding Craig Burdine's death in the Sandusky County jail on Aug. 7, 2007.
