FREMONT — The case of an Oak Harbor man who died after being repeatedly shocked by a Taser is officially closed, but questions remain.

Craig Burdine, 37, died Aug. 11, 2007, after Sandusky County Sheriff's deputies used the Taser to subdue him because he was being "combative" with officers, according to reports.

Burdine was shocked three times while in custody, but that had nothing to do with his death, the sheriff's office says.
