Auto dealer raffling off car to benefit area charities

A Fremont auto dealer is kicking off its 12th annual raffle to benefit area charities.

Baumann Auto Group will donate a 2014 vehicle for the grand prize in the auction. The grand prize winner can pick from a new Chevy Malibu, Buick Verano, Ford Fusion, Hyundai Sonata or Jeep Cherokee.

Tickets for the Baumann Auto Group Big Charity raffle are $5 each. They can be purchased at the dealerships in Fremont, Tiffin, Port Clinton, Norwalk or Genoa, or at one of the area charities benefiting from the sales. The dealership has raised more than $679,000 in the past 11 years for local charities.
