The Erie County Dog Pound features the following dogs available for adoption:

•Amanda – Three-year-old female rott mix, housebroken. Came in Aug. 26, please help. Great on a leash, loves walks, not high maintenance. Super affectionate, must be the only animal. Available now.

•Mask – Two-year-old beagle/shepard mix, neutered, housebroken. Friendly, attentive and calm. Available Friday morning at 9:45.

•Pumpkin – Eight-year-old housebroken pomeranian. Very sweet, must go to an adult home. Available Saturday morning at 10:00.

•Goblin – Six-month-old husky mix. Very active, needs exercise parter and/or large yard. Available now.

•Charlet – Five-year-old housebroken female boxer. Very calm, likes to go for short walks. A little overweight. Available now.

•Oliver – Two-year-old male hound. Housebroken. Very sweet boy, loves everyone. Available now.

•Joe – Male lab mix, neutered and housebroken. Fun and friendly. Big happy dog, loves everyone. Available now.

The Erie County Dog Pound, 2900 Columbus Ave., Perkins Township, is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10-10:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Adopting a dog costs $45, including license and first shots. 419-627-7607.
