NORWALK Local school and police officials say security cameras are a big help in reducing vandalism, improving student safety and identifying students responsible for breaking the rules. School districts in Huron, Willard, Norwalk, Bellevue, Sandusky and Margaretta all have turned to video surveillance to help them monitor school property.
