I just read the article in paper regarding Huron County health commissioner Tim Hollinger.

I am appalled the funds are to be used for such things as a $20,000 sign, three refrigerators (I would think one would be enough) and a generator (I'm sure Huron County garage has at least one it could spare).

Regarding laptops, how many were purchased? Huron County has one of the highest unemployment rates in Ohio. The highest unemployment. This money could be used for food pantries, medications, housing and I'm sure I could think of a lot more, or return it to the federal government. This is taxpayer money.
