The Erie County Dog Pound has these dogs available for adoption:

• Patches — Male border collie/lab mix, 2 years old. Needs yard with 6-foot fence and active owner. Available now.

• Bella — Female lab-boxer mix, 1 year old. Housebroken, good with kids and other dogs. Available now.

• Amanda — Female Rottweiler mix, 3-4 years old. Housebroken, active, needs large yard. Available now.

The Erie County Dog Pound, 2900 Columbus Ave., Perkins Township, is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10-10:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Adopting a dog costs $45, including license and first shots. 419-627-7607.

I am glad they took this video; it serves to reinforce the rumors regarding how mean and vicious the Rottweiler breed is. < /sarcasm> In all seriousness, I love the great connection Amanda has with the reporter and the dog warden.....she seems like a complete sweetie!

Also, I have met Patches and he is a cool little boy. He is an energetic toddler who needs a lot of structure and someone who can exercise him and help him focus, but with a little obedience training, he will be an awesome pet!
