Tests for microcystin toxin at Sandusky's water filter plant did not show any toxins in either the raw water coming into the plant or the treated water coming out of it, said Doug Keller, water filter plant superintendent.

Sandusky has been running daily tests for the last few days. All of the tests taken so far show that Sandusky's water is safe to drink.

Test results were released Monday and Tuesday afternoon, but Wednesday's results were not released until 8:39 p.m. The results took longer to arrive Wednesday, Keller said.
