Youth work program seeking applicants

OhioMeansJobs Erie County is accepting applications for the Summer Youth Employment Program. Youths aged 14-24 from a needy family with minor children that fall below the 200 percent Federal Poverty level are eligible. Youth in foster care age 14-17, or 18 if a full-time student in a secondary school, may be eligible as well. The program will run through Oct. 31.

To fill out an application call 419-627-4475, or come to OhioMeanJobs between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, 221 W. Parish St., Sandusky. An orientation meeting will provide more information and schedule interviews with employers.
