Willard police are seeking information about two people who robbed a fast food restaurant late Thursday night, according to a news release.

A steel blue Ford Explorer pulled up to the Burger King drive through window in the 1100 block of Conwell Avenue at just before 9 p.m.

The driver, described as a man with darker skin and a Hispanic accent, demanded money from the cashier and said he had a gun.

The driver made off with several hundred dollars in cash, and the Explorer fled the area, heading west on Ohio 224.

The cashier told Willard police there was also a female passenger in the SUV.

The Explorer was described as a model made between 2002 and 2007, and had a Sharpnack license plate frame.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call the Willard Police Department at 419-922-2561.

Lazy theif?

Most are, or they would get jobs

Inside job..Closing the window and dialing 911 was so hard because?

No doubt about it. It was an inside job. If for some reason they arent able to find the guy that did it, the drive thru cashier should be charged and ordered to repay what was stolen. For the simple fact that she was ignorant enough to let someone rob her from OUTSIDE of a drive-thru window. Atleast she should have been smart enough to say the guy had a shotgun shoved in her face. But she said she didnt even see a weapon.
