Charles Barbarotta, 28, 100 block Grove St., was stopped by Huron police at about 2:30 a.m. at the Huron River bridge on U.S. 6, after the vehicle he was riding in made an improper turn, according to a Huron police report.

Barbarotta was cooperative during the stop, but he insisted police profiled him, the report said. The officer issued Barbotta’s friend a warning for the traffic violation, but Barbarotta continued to be uncooperative, the report said.

As the officer was walking toward the car, Barbarotta threw a cigarette out his window and refused to pick it up. Barbarotta continued to refuse to pick up the cigarette, and he told the officer to “write me a ticket,” the report said.

The officer obliged. Barbarotta then said he would not be paying for the ticket, nor would he show up to court for it, according to the report.

At least we know studying LAW that he learned to spell f**k. Tax payers dollars do a fine job paying for "those people" as he like to call it! You create your own profiling and problems. Immature people like you who thinks everyone and everything OWES them something...is exactly what is wrong with MERICA!!!
