Sandusky police Lt. Rich Braun said police went to Ging Street, but the 18-year-old victim was not there.
They drove down Hayes Avenue and checked Firelands Regional Medical Center for the man to no avail.
The teenager was finally seen walking down Hayes Avenue. He had a 4-inch cut on his left forearm but denied he had been stabbed. “He said ‘that was not me,’ but then he said, ‘That happened on Ging Street,’” police said.
The uncooperative victim then told police it was “all an accident,” and he did not want anything done.
