I love to see the locals with their big expensive SUVs and their Cadillacs pulling up to the trash recepticles in the parks and around town, parking next to them, opening their vehicles and emptying their bags of personal trash from their homes in them for free.
Trash begets trash!
The company had "personal issues"???
No different than the dumpsters behind every business in every town because people don't want to pay for the trash. so they have more $$ for cell phones and stuff.
