Don't look Ethel

They call him the Streak
Jul 8, 2013

A Sandusky County teen found streaking in the roadway was taken home to his parents late Thursday night.

The 13-year-old boy was spotted prancing in the road, completely nude at about 7:30 p.m., according to a Sandusky County deputy’s report.

He was crouched down on the side of the road as the deputy pulled up to the area.

When the boy spotted the cruiser, he stood up, took off his T-shirt and pranced again across the road into a cornfield.

The deputy found him later sitting at the side of the road.

The boy at first denied the allegation, but then admitted to streaking and started to tear up, begging the deputy not to tell his parents.

In the end, the deputy took the teen back to his home, told his parents what happened and released the boy to them.

if ugly when naked, please keep clothes on. thank you.

Inappropriate picture

The photo accompanying this story is completely inappropriate for a professional newspaper! SR, you are becoming more like a tabloid in many ways.

Have to agree!!! The story references a 13 year old in the street naked ~ the accompanying picture implies (like it or not) that that is the 13 year old...naked.......doesn't that cross the line and get close to being considered child porn? Tacky, tacky, tasteless!!!! Rather inappropriate to say the least for a "Professional newspaper".

Both of you should just relax. It's Will Ferrell streaking in "Old School".

Ahh ~ forgot about that movie and didn't recognize it. While I now understand the humor (thank you) it would be appropriate if it was an adult we were referencing, not a 13 year old.

So why are they using a tacky picture of a grown man for a story about a 13 yr old boy?

Seemed like a fun thing to do at the time.

This is the second time I've seen this photo in the SR. Whether it's a movie still or not.

What gives? Especially when you're filters are just so "high standard".

I agree the picture is inappropriate but does anyone else find the humor where this happened?

Ballsville? LOL!
