So you "moderate" my comment mocking "bikers" but leave the blatant racism stand just below it?

First place is a free prostate exam. Cause u kno loud pipes = mid life crisis.
Wow. To think that they would do this after running an article below about how to avoid OBW.
"Personal attacks"? You guys realize Douchey McGhee is a composite character?
Poeple die cutting the lawn

Now, that's real Christ-like. Judge not lest ye be judged. Let he who is without sin cast the the first stone. Need I go on?
He should pluck the beam from his own eye first. Pastor should know more than anyone that these are lost unpaved people that don't nessecarily know better.

Bike Week 1953?
If you've ever been to a "real" biker bash they sure aren't anything like Daytona, Sandusky or even, Sturgis. I've been to a few. In no WAY whatsoever would they be considered a 'family type' of gathering. May as well surf porn sites and you could see the same thing.
She still trolling! God bless you grandma!
Down, puppy, down. I don't like ankle biters. Especially those kind that lobotomize someone else's name.
So "luvblues1" was taken? Troll hard.
Seen lots of boobs at the Skid Row concert tonight!
And wet t-shirts was a BLAST
"Seen lots of boobs at the Skid Row concert tonight!"
How many were at knee level?
It was very nice tonight. Took Grandma down and she was very pleased. Kinda loud, but she likes music. To the people that ran over and covered her with your umbrellas, when the downpoor hit. Thank You. Thats What Sandusky is all about.
For the most part bikers are very nice, never met a bad biker yet.
People complain alot about what bike week brings here but from what I have witnessed last year in particular it was local young adults that were being stupid. I even helped police out with a young man that took off with a biker wife's purse.
"never met a bad biker yet."
Walk into an Outlaw's bash, grab a beer and see what happens
In Daytona, sturgis, vegas , or any other bike rally , u wony see kids , moms with strollers and at the same time Bikers with Beer! only Sandusky!!!
I agree grandpa, what are people thinking when they take their kids to a bike week, lol. During the day for a bit to get some food and show them all the cool bikes is fine but come on take them home at a decent time.
I also hate when people think they can take their dogs to places like this. I am a huge dog lover but hate in big crowds having to worry about stepping on them or being jumped on for food, and yes that happened to me a few years back.Mine stay home.
I love bike week here in Sandusky I'm glad the Roeders brought it here. I will attend one night on the bike as usual but is a bit to crazy for me.
sorry for spelling, Iphone keypad with large fingers.
Odd that we never have murders associated with Ohio Bike Week. Seems like they only occur when it is NOT OBW. Maybe people have this all wrong! I love OBW and fully support all that it does for our area!
NUMBERS SURGE IN SANDUSKY FOR BIKE WEEK !
# of kilos of meth
# of weapons carried by those with no CC license
# of wanted felons
# of tiny male organs being compensated for by loud pipes
And you have no proof to back these statistics.
the proof is in the pudding!! Unless you are ignorant! He is SPOT ON!!
Some people like it, some people hate it. Hate it? Do like I do and stay home! Very simple.
I still can not see why the Sandusky Register says LIVE COVERAGE OF BIKE WEEK , When its not live . Get with it Sandusky Register
Last night was a beautiful bike night at Margaritaville. The parking lot was full of stock and custom bikes of all makes and models. There was an especially nice custom red Indian. The Rolling Hams band played some great classic rock. We then road downtown to the Barrel House Saloon to see Dan Fester, a very talented musician. Looking forward to checking out more bands as the week progresses. Thank you Ohio Bike Week organizers for putting on such a great event where most of the events and entertainment are free!! Keep up the good work.
I love how some people like to stereotype bikers as being beer drinking, loud mouth, brutes that like to fight and cause chaos. Bikers come from all walks of life, some are doctors, attorneys, accountants, factory workers, moms, dads, grandma's, grandpa's etc. They come to together for a common love of motorcycles and the freedom of riding. If some of you would actually take the time to talk to some of the bikers you would see they are intelligent hard working, easy going people. Sure there may be a few bad apples in the mix but there are a few bad apples in the mix of any organization. Just saying don't be so judgmental of others and maybe take a look at yourself first.
I agree with you, wholeheartedly!
Anyone know when the Bike Parade is going to be ? I was very intrested in some of the ways they soup up them bikes , some where nice looking and some I would not ever be brave enough to get on and ride , Some of the riders have got to be really brave riding them .
I can only hope that everyone gets through this week with no problems and that people use common sense , and most of all Have fun
The parade is Saturday and will leave from Roeder's at 3 and arrives downtown around 4.
Beer, Booze, Bikes, and Broads.....yeah c'mon an geetchasome
why do certain pp keep getting removed from their posts?
it must mean many of YOU SAND PPL DON'T UNERSTAND, OBW BRINGS $35 million into your tax base, and saves you maybe $70 million dollars in deficeit government spending? without OBW u all, with exception to local family based wealthy idiots, would be living in a dump out on Venice road, give up the attacks and take the qusi noise for a week, otherwise, move to Canada...
$35 million?? Are YOU ON CRACK??? Not even REMOTELY close!! It costs the city and county SOOO much money to clean up and hover around this bull...than it is EVER worth!! Bars and restaurants are making good...but you are WAYYYYYY off on your numbers when it comes to TAX BASE!! Seriously!! That is soo hilarious for you to put out numbers that aren't even in the arena!! Get a number cruncher for real! I hope to goodness you aren't an accountant! Or ....maybe you are!!
Have any of you ever been to a real bash? How about Chillicothe? You won't see strollers or grammas at these. Those are the ones real bikers go to. Girls and guys walkin' around nekkid and drunk/high. If one doesn't understand the element, don't go. No doctors and lawyers allowed.
These are not parade happy biker bashes. And trust me, if you ride anything but a Harley or Indian in, your bike will get trashed shortly after you leave it.
I watched guys take some dude's Honda while he was eating, drain the oil from it and place bets on how long it would stay running while some psycho dude drove it in a field. After that, the winner got the cash, they hung it from a tree and lit it on fire. I wasn't there to see the guy's reaction. We moved to the wet t-shirt contest and listened to the bands.
Hell no! Years ago..I went to a weekend event in Monroeville and people were beating the crap out of a bike, before setting it on fire! It never occurred to me that it may have been someone's foreign bike. I just thought they were having fun. Well, I guess they were..Heehee
I went to that same Roeder party on 99 north of Monroeville, Kate. Early 90's? I had a Harley low rider, luckily. :) The pig roast was excellent as well as the entertainment. Those things are not intended for the meek. Chances are, if you don't "know" about those things beforehand, you should just not wander in.
PS..They hate Hondas. Every one I've been to, wherever they are. Also, if one does know how to acquire the knowledge of said bash, "colors" are not allowed. Meaning, patched vests and jackets. It keeps the violence to a minimum, so to speak.
Another fantastic bike night at Mad River last night. The band was great, the people were friendly and the weather was perfect. RC Components has a trailer with their wheels and exhaust products ready to be installed. We watched while someone had there bike pinstriped freehand by one of the vendors there. This guy had a steady hand and was very talented. If you need leather gloves (not just for riding) stop at one of the many clothing vendors. They have a huge selection of gloves, coats, chaps etc. Not everything is leather. There are other materials available. This is starting to sound like a commercial!! It's not. I'm just letting everyone know that there is more to bike week than the perception that all that happens at Ohio Bike Week is drunken naked bikers with loud bikes!!
Thursday is when the action starts downtown. Avoid the area if this bothers you. If not stop on down, listen to some music, enjoy some food, meet some people and have fun!
"Get on your bikes and ride"
Are these chaps you speak of cheekless? I've been in the market for some of them for a while.
Yes, all of the chaps I've seen so far are indeed cheekless!! Now, what you choose to wear with them is your option. I have seen some "interesting" combinations:)
I'm thinking leaving the tighty whiteys off and wearing those cheekless chaps backwards.
How do you go through life with such a negative POV?
How is this negative?
If this is "LIVE" coverage just where is the live online video content?
Just asking because still photos of events are NOT live coverage.
yea and I asked that same question and no answer from the Sandusky Register . I even think that stating that is very misleading and false advertising . GET WITH IT MATT Sandusky register.
Anyone know when this band that is playing is going to shut up?? It's ridiculous that they play this late on a Thursday night when most people work!! I can hear them screeching from the west end of town.
In typical SinDUDski fashion, right smack in the heart of all the downtown action, congratulations to Mr. Smith's Coffee House for closing their doors for the entire Bike Week. They must not enjoy business.
