50 years ago, 1963: Erie County Representative Ethel Swanbeck reported on Ohio’s proposed Blue Laws. Real estate salesmen would be allowed to show property, but transactions were forbidden; Cedar Point and Blue Hole would be allowed to operate, and prescription medicines, milk, tobacco, some foodstuffs, shrubbery and processed meats could be sold on Sundays.

I forgot about the blue laws, wow,familys sure could use them now. Nothing open on Sundays, no one at work, it was good for family get togethers every Sunday.
