SANDUSKY

It's not much to look at.

On any given day, the 17-square-foot parcel contains nothing more than crushed gravel, weeds, withered shrubs, a dilapidated, chain-link fence and a few honking geese.

The city signed an agreement with Sandusky International in 2007 to purchase the tiny parcel for $2,883.75.

Yet Sandusky still doesn't own it, and might not acquire it for several more years.
