6:48 a.m. -- 6100 block Milan Road, a man reported CDs had been taken from his car.

8:44 a.m. -- Perkins High School, a student reported her vehicle had been struck while it was in the parking lot.

12:43 p.m. -- 4900 block Milan Road, Damon A. Polta, 23, Norwalk, cited for expired plates.

5:03 p.m. -- Kroger, 508 W. Perkins Ave., employee reported someone drove off without paying for $20 worth of gas.

6:33 p.m. -- Wal-Mart, 5500 Milan Road, Desiree N. Litzenberg, 24, 700 block Polk St., theft.

WEDNESDAY NOV. 4

9:32 a.m. -- Deyo and Portland Road, Timothy T. Supina, 33, Vermilion, overload.

11:04 a.m. -- Margaretta Elementary School, Erie County deputies are investigating a school bus incident in which a seventh-grader allegedly punched a third-grader in the head. There were no injuries.

THURSDAY NOV. 5

12:53 p.m. -- Quarry Hill Orchards, 8403 Mason Road, a man and woman were stopped for stealing apples. They paid the $20 they owed and no charges were filed.

5:16 p.m. -- 6000 block Tiffin Ave., Castalia, 16-year-old boy, same, unruly juvenile.

2:01 a.m. -- 900 block Hancock St., a woman reported she had been assaulted by four other women. No charges have been filed.

4:07 a.m. -- 1000 block W. Adams St., Mark Wright Jr., 22, 1800 block E. Shoreway Drive, warrant.

11:37 a.m. -- 100 block W. Parish St., a woman reported an attempted burglary at her address.

1:03 p.m. -- 1900 block Mills St., 10-year-old boy, same, persistent disorderly conduct

7:12 p.m. -- Milan Road and Finch St., Fred C. Beerck, 49, 2700 block Lynn Drive, warrant.

7:20 p.m. -- Milan Road, Jonathon E. Brown, 28, driving under suspension.

8:14 p.m. -- 100 block W. Birchwood Court, a woman told police a man was looking into her residence with binoculars.

11:07 p.m. -- Rhode St. and Remington Ave., Stanley E. Frankart, 18, 1900 block Adrian Circle, operating a vehicle under the influence, driving under suspension, no seat belt, unsafe vehicle, obstructing official business, consuming under the age of 21.
