FYI: Church to host pancake breakfast Saturday for Huron man

HURON

The Presbyterian church in Huron at the corner of Williams Street and Cleveland Road will host a pancake breakfast for a local man and his family.

Mike Danilo, a basketball coach who is active in the community, was diagnosed with ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s Disease, in 2007. The disease is progressive and affects the body’s muscular movement.

The pancake breakfast, sponsored by the Lions Club, will be from 8 a.m. to noon this Saturday at the church.

Donations will be collected at the door. Donations may also be made to the Mike Danilo Benevolent Fund at the First Merit Bank in Huron.
