1:45 p.m. -- 12800 block Andress Road, Berlin Heights, Brittany N. Buchs, 22, told police that someone driving a late model Ford Windstar minivan hit the 2008 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck she drives while it was parked at her boyfriend's apartment complex.

3:32 p.m. -- 2200 block Fallen Timber Drive, Kipp Halstead, 39, same, warrant for failure to appear.

1:48 p.m. -- Macy's, 4314 Milan Road, Duane A. Turner, 25, Cleveland, theft.

2:19 p.m. -- Kohl's, 815 Crossing Lane, Joshua P. Niedermeier, 22, Monroeville, theft; Ryan T. Barker, 21, Milan, theft.

3:12 p.m. -- Wal-Mart, 5500 Milan Road, Jeremiah M. Bennett, 27, Collins, theft; Amber L. Schnee, 25, theft.

6:54 p.m. -- 4000 block Milan Road, Chadrick C. Mitchell, 31, 800 block Dorn Drive, disorderly conduct.

9:05 p.m. -- Ohio 2 and Old Railroad, Sarah A. Thomas, 21, Curtice, cited for speed.

WEDNESDAY OCT. 14

10:30 a.m. -- 2028 Foxborough Circle, Nancy M. McCormick, no age, 200 block Rye Beach Road, reported the community room had been vandalized by someone exhausting a fire extinguisher.

10:36 a.m. -- First block Cedar Point Drive, Dawnisha Garrett, 21, same, told police that while at a bar her purse and cell phone were stolen and $600 had been withdrawn from her account.

3:16 p.m. -- 3900 block Venice Road, Kristin M. Gleis, 27, first block E. Birchwood Court, cited for no seat belt.

5:34 p.m. -- Remington Avenue and Rhode Street, Stanley E. Frankart, 18, 1900 block Adrian Circle, arrested on four warrants for failure to appear.

6:35 p.m. -- 2000 block Foxborough Circle, Frank Paine, 20, same, said a Play Station 3 gaming system and various games had been stolen from his apartment.

8:53 p.m. -- 2800 block Venice Road, Tina Marie Gebard, 47, 200 block Lawrence St., asked officer to check on Donald G. Martin, 78, same, to make sure he was not being held against his will by two other people who are visiting. Officers determined Martin is fine and asked him to call Gebard. They did arrest Ernest A. Brown, 49, New York, on a warrant for failure to appear.

9:32 p.m. -- 2200 block W. Monroe St., Jason Steible, 34, same, charged with felonious assault, tampering with evidence and kidnapping.

10:11 p.m. -- Columbus Avenue and Parish Street, Robert L. Jones, 38, 2100 block Heritage Drive, driving under suspension, U-turn, failure to display taxi license.

11:51 p.m. -- 1400 block Mills St., Ryan K. Brownell, 28, same, said a girl took his cell phone following a fight. Officers were able to return the phone to Brownell.

THURSDAY OCT. 15

12:03 a.m. -- 300 block of W. Water St., Cacey R. Barnes, 18, 800 block of Main St., reported while stopped at a stop sign a man got out of his car and hit her vehicle while yelling at her.

2:47 a.m. -- 3500 block W. Monroe St., Frederick Smith, 37, a spigot outside his home had been turned on. Nothing else seemed to have been disturbed.
