BELLEVUE

Officials have arrested the man accused of hitting two bicyclists and fleeing the scene Sept. 11.

Coleman D. Flanigan, 28, of 91 1/2 N. Foster St., was arrested on a Seneca County Common Pleas Court warrant.

He was initially taken to the Huron County jail but is en route to the Seneca County jail, a jail spokeswoman said.

Flanigan has been charged with two counts each of vehicular assault and failing to stop after a crash.

 The crash occurred on County Road 62 in Thompson Township near the Sandusky-Seneca county lines.
