NORWALK

There will be plenty of food, fun and furry animals today as the Huron County Fair opens.

Funcoast will host live broadcasts daily from the fair, with continued updates. Stayed tuned at Funcoast.com.

Today

• 2 p.m. — Dairy silent auction

• 6 p.m. — Junior Fair Fashion Revue; Pickworth Judging Pavilion

* 7 p.m. — Craig Morgan; Grandstand

Tuesday (senior citizen's penny admission day)

• 10:30 a.m. — Senior King and Queen contest; Veteran's Pavilion

• 8:30 p.m. — Square Dance; Pickworth Judging Pavilion

Wednesday (Veteran's Day and Kid's Day; Free admission until 3 p.m.)

• 9 a.m. — Beef judging; Pickworth Judging Pavilion

• 1 p.m. — Children's activities begin; site TBA

• 6:30 p.m. — Tractor Pull with semi-trucks; Grandstand

Thursday

• 9 a.m. — Horse judging; Weisenberger Arena

• 7 p.m. Motocross Races; Grandstand

Friday

• 4:30 p.m. — Best-dressed animal contest; Doug Wilson Building

• 6:30 p.m. — Square Dance; Heritage Center

• 7:30 p.m. — Rough Truck Competition; Grandstand
