An 18-year-old EHOVE Career Center student inadvertently left behind a flash drive in a classroom computer.

The flash drive contained nude or partially nude photos of a young woman, who was 17 or 18 at the time. A teacher working on the computers came across the images, Erie County Sheriff's Capt. Paul Sigsworth said.

The student told deputies that the photos came from a girl he met on MySpace. She lived in Illinois at the time.

In reviewing the case with the Erie County prosecutor's office, law enforcement officials decided to document the incident and not file any charges.
