Zachary Rowe, 23, was charged with disorderly conduct intoxicated, resisting arrest, criminal trespass, making false alarms and criminal damaging.
Rowe spewed obscenities at officers as they peeled him off the St. Peter and Paul Church floor, a Sandusky police report said. During the incident he banged his head on a table, so paramedics took him to Firelands Regional Medical Center, according to a report.
He was treated and released. A church member blamed the whole thing on the “ladies of the church,” saying they neglected to lock the door.
Rowe was being held on $8,980 bond late Monday.

So the "ladies of the church" are at fault. Gee, I would have thought it was Mr. Rowe's fault.

@Kelly I do not think so. I think the nuns take on those tasks. If it is the wording that struck you, I refer you to my reply @UgtaBkdnMe (below).
EDIT: I am not saying the nuns are responsible for what Rowe did..just that it isn't exactly "odd" for someone to take issue with a failure to follow door-locking procedure.

I think I see what you are implying..tho, I cannot see where you make the connection. "Ladies of the Church" sounds more respectful than the "Nuns of the Church." Wouldn't you agree?

Hell, in a number of places in our world, Lady is what the Princess is called. Lady Diana, wasn't it?
Bear in mind that I am no church goer and I would not be in the Catholic Denomination even if I were a church goer. I still felt the need to address what appears to be ignorance.
I moved out of town a year ago and my husband wonders why i still read the paper from home.... it's amusing that every week some loser i went to school with is in the paper. I swear every week it's either murder, assault, robbery etc....pretty sad really.
try being patient when you post. It takes awhile for the save button to accept your "offering". Hitting it again only makes you post two or three times, not that your posting isn't true. We came back here after being away awhile only to find out how different the area had become.
It's like the "wild west" is here too, and we thought we were leaving it behind. LOL No such luck. It is alive and well and living right here in Sandusky of late. Its just as ugly as ever.
